The MILWAUKEE® M18 FUEL™ 30 Degree Framing Nailer Kit sets the new standard for cordless framing nailers. The nitrogen spring mechanism, POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, and REDLINK™ Intelligence delivers pneumatic performance and cordless convenience. The framing nailer can sink full round head and clipped or "D head" style nails into dense engineered lumber to tackle the most demanding framing applications. To increase productivity and efficiency, the framing nailer fires 3 nails per second with zero ramp-up time, firing a nail as soon as the trigger is pulled. The cordless framing nailer uses only Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM™ Batteries and sealed compressed nitrogen to drive each nail, eliminating the cost of gas cartridges and associated maintenance. The M18 FUEL™ 30 Degree Framing Nailer delivers pneumatic performance and durability that professional carpenters and remodelers expect, without the hassle of a compressor and hose or gas cartridge. This kit includes one M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0 battery pack, an M18™ & M12™ Multi-Voltage Charger, a rafter hook, non-marring tip, and a contractor bag.
I used this gun to build a cabin, and other framing projects. However, one day, without reason, the gun started clicking and not sinking nails. It even sounded less powerful when compared to another one. Got my local store to send the gun out to milwaukee. Really hoping they'll get er fix. I was hoping the store would hook me up with one until mine was fixed. Or a decent discount on one..
Just got I mine. It drives nails as good as my old air framing nailer. The battery holds a charge lots longer than I expected. It seems to handle about the same as my duo fast framing nailer.
I bought this tool primarily for a big privacy fence job. It worked flawlessly, drove 3.25inch and 2inch nails (a total of over 4500 nails), never skipped a beat. It is a heavy tool, (well built). I am 70 years old and didn’t have a bit of trouble using it. Battery life is VERY good too, it will put a lot of nails in on a single charge. I am looking for another project to use it on, may build a new wood shed. I would highly recommend this tool, thank You MILWAUKEE!
Good performance. Sometimes it doesn't fire when it should, but overall a dependable tool. Heavy if you put a large battery on it and are reaching to nail something, or you're taking it up and down ladders, so keep a couple of smaller batteries to use.
Awesome product 6000 nails in just wish it would have qualified for the free battery 5.0 Home Depot had and was.most expensive product above those otherwise buy Milwaukee everything and greatly satisfied with it but heavy but so is the attached hose on the typical Gun dragging around
