Ripped within two days of purchase

Not made very well. Within two days the inner pocket tore (it was slightly torn when we received it, clearly not made very well) and the weight of the tools ripped the pocket completely. I emailed
the company and have yet to hear back

So far this pack is awesome when combined with an organizer. It’s perfect for carrying all of your hand tools!

Great backpack for the DIY Home owner & others!

So I gave the backpack a 4 star and not a 5 if the bag would stop falling forward! With that out of the way I’m a homeowner and own a couple investment properties. 2 years ago I had a spinal cord injury that I spent 1 year learning how to walk and still struggle. It’s nice to see Milwaukee thinking of ways to bring our tools with us and making it easier to carry the load. I originally had a tool bag and was unable to walk with it because of the widget being off centered. Now with the backpack all the weight is in the center of my body and makes it so much easier to bring my tools with me. From the other reviews I read I just hope it doesn’t start ripping or coming apart.

Note: please make sure you keep people with disabilities in mind when designing your products for easier use for people like myself and others! So far you guys have done a great job.

I just got rid off all my tools from another manufacturer and recently purchased all new Milwaukee tools. One reason in doing so is the support I’ve heard from my friends and the other is the company leaving bad reviews up and responding to them to resolve the customers problems. Let me tell you this is very uncommon as there are multi billion dollar companies who will remove negative reviews or send them to the very very back of pages. Keep doing what your doing Milwaukee and listening to your customers!

Good with poor balance

Cons:
Bag doesn't stay standing up when closed even with a packout case on the bottom. If the zippers are all the way down you have to pull them tight or they won't zip. It could use some different sizes pockets on the inside like the Klien bag.

Pros:
So much space you can literally throw your m18 impact in the bottom with a multi meter. The organization of having a slim case attached to the is irreplaceable. Not to mention adding more cases to the bottom for going up ladders.
