Always the same failure.

Great marker until the tip slides back into the barrel. Have to try and grab what's left sticking out and pull it back out. Messy and it won't stay out. I'm not applying excessive pressure when it happens. If I pop it apart, I can see the tip isn't seated against the felt cartridge so nothing to keep it from happening.
I purchased 3 sets of two markers and they all fail the same way.

Any info on how to remove the ink from this marker off of leather? Conventional methods that work on sharpie markers do not work on this

Love it.

I work in retail and a trademan buddy of mine introduced them to me. Love the fact that they work well in a deep freezer. My only complaint is that after dropping them a couple times, they fall apart.
