Great product except for zipper

I bought this about a year ago and the zipper is broken I cant seem to find where I could get it fixed as opposed to buying a whole new bag do you guys repair or am I just out of luck?? The zipper was pretty cheap!

Amazing bag minus the cheap plastic zipper

I work as an HVAC technician at a Hospital on Van Island. This bag has been awesome for the work I do, saves me push ing my tool box around as I can fix most issues with the tools I carry. I have had this bag for maybe a year. the zipper is cheap and broken already. For something that is going to be opened/closed repeatedly over its life time you would hope you could get a year or two out of it at least. Bags in perfect shape but now my tool pouch won’t stay closed so it is going to be garbage if I can’t find a way to fix it. Not very impressed for the cost of it. Metal zipper would completely fix this issue. At least on the tool pouch which is the main pouch used. I have treated this bag with care and somehow the zipper still screws up. The teeth are held together with a stitch. As soon as that rips your teeth spread and zipper pops off.

Good quality, very sturdy

This bag has served me well for a few years until just recently. The zipper of the main compartment failed and the bag can no longer be used. I've had a hard time finding anything that can replace it. So I'll contact warranty otherwise I'll just buy another.

yes

I used it daily to carry my 40 pounds of tools, I'm happy, I will happier if you guys add a telescopic aluminum handle and wheels integrated into the structure

Love the Backpack and all of the compartments

I use the backpack everyday for work mostly for my laptop but love having the access to all of my hand tools which are also 90% milwaukee. There are a couple of rips that are not from misuse that bother me, one seems that the hard plastic support in the back has wore a hole through the fabric and the other is a strap on the front is ready to break. I take pride in my tools and hate to see these wear out.
