Red Tool Store Giveaway terms

If you participate in our Red Tool Store promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaway”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions and you acknowledge that you fulfill all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter to the Giveaways. Red Tool Store may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Monos may exclude any participants who are not able to provide with such proof. Employees of Red Tool Store are not eligible to participate.

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The Giveaways shall start and close at the start of each month and ends at the end of each month.

HOW TO ENTER

Enter your information through our web pop up and confirm your information to enter.

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by SMS text next month. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, Red Tool Store reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Red Tool Store's decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be a Red Tool Store single-use coupon code for the amount indicated on the Red Tool Store giveaway pop up. The coupon amount is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Giveaway prizes are not transferable.

Unfortunately we only ship within North America

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Red Tool Store may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram post and/or Instagram stories.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Red Tool Store, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Red Tool Store reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
