Quite happy with it.

A medium size hammer drill was on my "want", not "need", list. I bought a refurbished one of these from the Milwaukee repair depot close to me when I went to take some other tools in for repairs. And originally I thought I'd be using it for lag shields and things like that, but it didn't see mush use for the first year I had it. I recently bought a chisel for it when I started a big reno. It's worked beautifully for all sorts of cement and masonry work. Carving out bricks like butter and making my life a lot easier.
