The MILWAUKEE® M18™ SWITCH TANK™ 4-Gallon Backpack Concrete Sprayer kit is the industry’s first interchangeable tank design with no manual pumping. Designed to meet the needs of concrete contractors, the battery-powered concrete sprayer delivers instant, constant and adjustable pressure up to 120 PSI and a 25 ft spray distance. The 5-mode pressure adjustment knob adjusts the pressure between 20 – 120 PSI for a wide range of applications. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC3.0 Battery provides up to 12 tanks of spraying per charge. The 4-Gallon Concrete Sprayer Tank Assembly has a dual diaphragm pump for longer pump life and Viton® seals for increased durability against harsh chemicals The tank also has a wide mouth opening for easier pouring and a strainer that filters debris from getting into the tank. The backpack frame includes wide straps for added comfort during extended spraying applications and a handle for convenient transport and storage.

The 4-Gallon Concrete Sprayer is made up of two components – the M18™ SWITCH TANK™ Powered Base and the SWITCH TANK™ 4-Gallon Concrete Sprayer Tank Assembly. The Powered Base includes the motor, battery compartment, and REDLINK™ electronics. The interchangeable Tank Assembly includes the pump, hose, and wand. The isolated pump, hose, and wand design allows tank assembles to be added for different applications, eliminating cross-chemical contamination. It also allows the tank assembly to be replaced at a lower cost of ownership compared to replacing the entire sprayer. The Powered Base is also compatible with SWITCH TANK™ 4-Gallon Sprayer (49-16-28PS) and 4-Gallon Water Supply (49-16-28WS) Tank Assemblies. The M18™ SWITCH TANK™ 4-Gallon Backpack Concrete Sprayer is part of the M18™ system which is fully compatible with over 175 tools. The kit also includes one M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC3.0 Battery and an M18™/M12™ Multi-Voltage Charger.

Don’t buy unless you use water based cure alot

We pour at least 30 yards a day and cure with super diamond clear well after one use and cleaning it out with xylene never worked again have to take it back and get a new one then we just figured we would use it for form oil well if you don’t clean it daily even if your just using oil it gums up and gets hard in the handle never had I have a sprayer get the wand hard just from oil not a good product for real concrete guys only really for water based products

Excellent Sprayer. Easy to use

No issues with this system. So much nicer than the hand pump systems. I'm using the concrete tank to spray a degreaser solution for my heavy equipment. One reviewer said everything has to be water-based, but there is no language in the manual that says that. It says not to spray flammable liquids such as gasoline. The vitrol seals are specifically so you can spray chemicals. It also advises against spraying acid and alkali, but everything is one or the other, so I take that prohibition to mean be careful at either end of the spectrum. Even then, it only says that the tank and hose MAY degrade and weaken. As far as fire, it says don't immerse the system in corrosive or conductive fluids. Well, that makes sense for an electrical device.
