Ordered 2 batteries, one came broken and wouldn’t charge! When you spend that much on a battery, it should work!

great tool, terrible batteries

Got a screwdriver gift set from my brother for Christmas. Haven't used it until today when I needed it to assemble furniture. Charger is flashing red and green. Completely unstable batteries or just bad cells. A waste

I work for a company that has these on site. I tend to find that yes they are a good battery but half the time the battery is defective. I dont know if its becuase i work with so many at a time but i find more likely then not hte battery doesnt work and we have to send them back to get replaced. It can be a little frustrating when we go to use it and when you go to charge the battery to use it later it doesnt work. I always end up swapping batteries with other guns and sending the other ones back.
