Can't believe you are still trying to sell these drills

Very poor design, have you fired the engineers that came up with this drill. The instant stopping action of this mechanism causes the drill bit chucks to loosen after about 3 stop times. Drill bit falls out. This drill makes Milwaukee look like amateurs.

disappointed - don't buy

used it for home remodel projects, on weekends only
Very disappointed when motor smoked - seems to be common problem when replacement motor is a frequently purchased item on parts websites
replacement motor is $80 - new unit is $100
pretty disgusted

Didn’t last long at all.

I bought this drill to work tandem with a heavy duty corded drill on job sites and for light duty house work. I mainly used it for drilling small holes into steel and for mixing paint. While drilling out some steal today it let the smoke out without warning. I was pretty disappointed considering how little I had used it before it died.

My First and Most Used M18 Tool

This driver was the first Milwaukee cordless tool I owned, and served a wide variety of daily tasks, well beyond it's intended purpose. I over-used one of these for 4 years as a stand in for a die grinder/grinder in work prepping steel repairs and engine work with a wire wheel. I have used this for almost every task imaginable, and when it finally died, I quicly replaced it and continue to have it as my go-to driver for use around home and when travelling. The fuel hammer drill has replaced it for more professional use, and does have more power for tougher jobs and hammer drill function, but this is a great quality product.

I would buy this again in a heartbeat

I would buy this tool in a heart beat.
Quality, dependable, reliable everything you could ask. It will hold a 1/64 drillbit as well-Quality engineering. I will continue to buy Milwaukee tools.
