We do not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully, and note with the delivery driver any damage to the packaging at the time. If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in refunding your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days.
Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.
Product photos of the items available on our site are stock photography supplied by the manufacturer and not guaranteed to completely represent what is included. Please review the item description to confirm all components and part numbers that will be included in the purchase.
The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. A restocking fee of 15% will apply to returns that are not in brand new, sellable condition (including packaging). A 15% restocking fee will also apply to any returns made after 30 days.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges for items. We instead will process a return and refund for the unwanted item(s), and the customer is free to place a new order for the correct product(s).
We do not accept returns of drain cleaning equipment and certain other hazmat items due to health and safety concerns. We also cannot accept returns of magnetic drills and other select industrial equipment, please reach out to a Milwaukee service center for assistance in repairing a replacing these items.
We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.
We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has shipped, this policy is an effort to prevent fraudulent orders being rerouted after checkout. If you wish to change the delivery address for your purchase, contact us as soon as possible. We will have the carrier return the shipment back to our warehouse, and refund will be processed for your purchase. The customer will need to place a new order with the corrected delivery address.
Should your order arrive damaged, refuse the shipment and indicate to the driver that the shipment is damaged.
If your item has not arrived and the expected delivery date has passed, please file a missing package trace with USPS or UPS. After a claim is opened, please allow up to 72 hours for the shipping courier to file a trace on the package. Once we have confirmed that the package has been lost in transit, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Any claims regarding your shipment must be filed with Red Tool Store within 3 business days of delivery.
For orders where the customer receives a free item with their purchase as part of a promotion, all items on the order related to that promotion must be in stock before the order will be shipped. This may result in a shipping delay until all items involved in said promotion are in stock at our warehouses.
In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some orders are flagged for review prior to shipping. The criteria which may result in an order hold includes but is not limited to; the order total, billing and shipping not matching, and number of payment attempts. In such cases the customer may be contacted to provide additional information before the order is released.
