Most everything I own is milwauke. So i was excited to get this product for my daily job. "Spend money to make money" 7 weeks later a burning smell.... and completely died. Tried to contact customer support and said nothing they can do. (Nothing against India, but if you can't speak English then how do you know there's nothing that can be done) anyways, I still support Milwaukee.... but after being burned on this heavy investment can't say I would be willing to invest this much into the next Milwaukee product.

Great except …

Love the saw. The only problem was the handles. They are proud of the base - at least that was the machining on mine. Noticed cuts a wee bit out of square and found the culprits were the handles. Took them off and now we are ok. I could also drill out the holes in the handle a little bigger to let the rest lower. Otherwise, a magnificent machine.

Not worth it! Buy something else....ANYTHING

I was so excited to get this saw home. I used it for about 2 months before the switch started sparking. I don't write bad reviews usually, because I believe every business should have an opportunity to make it right. And, most do. But when you experience this kind of poor service and even worse, spend your hard earned money on a saw that underperformed, it deserves to be said on any and all platforms.

Let me tell you, customer service is a joke. Milwaukee should consider changing customer service name to something more suiting, because their is NO service. There is no call back and there is no professionalism.

I called and emailed, but was hung up on after waiting 20+ minutes. That's ok, I have nothing better to do than call again, right? I left my number for someone to call me back and they never did. My email was responded to by a robot. I was very professional and just looking for a way to get my saw fixed. The website led me to a couple local guys, but you can't call, you just go there and hope for the best.

I took my saw to the local Milwaukee shop and they said they would not be able to diagnose it for 3-4 weeks. Well, that just stinks. I don't have a back-up saw and I have work to do. It took all of 3+ weeks and they called me on Saturday afternoon to tell me I could pick it up Mon-Fri. That was the only time I heard from customer service (SOL). I know the staffing challenge is real! But, communication is key!

Got my saw home, put it back to work and it now struggles to cut through 4/4 at the speed it once did. The battery blinks, I take it out, put it on the charger and put it back on the saw...and repeat. And, no, I do not push/force my cuts. I am doing everything I would normally do, but slower...

So disappointed with Milwaukee. They used to be a great company. The cost of this saw, the battery, charger and of course the replacement blade (because all saws come with a cheap blade from the factory) is not justified. However, they cower away and refuse to contact me. I want resolution! I want a different saw!!

If you want a great sliding beveled miter saw, this is not it!! Quality control is garbage. If you have issues, you'll be out of a saw for a month and when you finally get it home again, it will be a different saw all together.

I'm happy for the people that buy this saw and love it, truly. I wish that was my experience.

Don’t buy it!

Just spend $900 on Milwakee’s 12” fuel dual bevel sliding compound miter. That’s a lot of money so you expect a product to be tip top. I got home and unboxed it to find that the slide wouldnt move freely, due to it being severly damaged. I put off work for 5 days waiting for Milwaukee to ship me a visibly damaged and malfunction product. I understand things happen, so I was hoping to speak with someone to rectify this issue. Go figure, I cant get in touch with anyone regarding this issue. No quality control nor customer service to a product that is overpriced and insuperior to other brands.

DO NOT BUY!! Free replacement fried as well

Bought this saw in March this year, lasted about 2 months before it fried. Milwaukee sent a new free replacement saw about 2 months ago and this new one is already fried and shot. Be very weary of this purchase as they do not have any answers for me except to try and replace it again or try and get me to go back to a corded miter saw.
