Design fail

Great idea with poor execution. Why not make the bit holder magnetic? 2 knives have not made it through the first day without losing the bit. I have email Milwaukee twice to find replacement bits with no response. I love the tools but have gotten better customer service from Harbor Freight.

A simple improvement to become 5 Stars

I use this product and also EDC carry it. Works great except for one correctable issue. Its only right handed. The simple fix is it relocate the pocket clip it to the rear, from the front, adaptable to both sides of the tool. It would then easily work for both left and right hands and would also position it in the hands for easier deployment and use with less fumbling around.
