This is the response I got when I told them the rapid charger they sent me malfunctioned in the first plug in….. “ Hi Clifford,
We do not offer replacements at this time, your best bet would be to utilize the warranty on this product, as Milwaukee should be able to send a replacement or set up a repair. You would have to contact them to start the process, you can call them at [****].”
So far so good. Charges batteries very fast
love this thing, it is freaking huge, it takes up a lot of room but works fanastic
I bought this on a job 4 years ago so guys could keep their M12 sweatshirts and jacket batteries charged. Took home when job was over to use with all my M18/M12. I was sure it only charged 1 battery at a time but mine has the same tool number.
Ive only had this charger for a month or two and absolutely loved it. the last time I went to use it I noticed middle bay on M18 wasn't lighting after trying everything I could ( I EVEN READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ) still nothing. after doing some research I'm not the only one this has happed to must be a defect
